Ryan graduated from Oshio College of Acupuncture and Herbology in 2023, where he trained under Dr. Yin in internal medicine and herbalism. His approach blends the deep traditions of Chinese Medicine with a modern understanding of health and wellness.

He has managed an award winning herbal dispensary, and been apart of developing health through herbalism with many patients.

Before becoming a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, Ryan worked as a paramedic and ski patroller at Big White, where his passion for helping others first took root. He continues to advance his knowledge and is currently working toward becoming a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with a research focus on longevity and sports medicine.

Nicole graduated from the University of Alberta with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. Eager to expand her knowledge of the mind-body connection, she completed her 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training. Fascinated by pregnancy, birth preparation and recovery, she is working on continuing education in Pre- and Postnatal yoga training. Nicole has also completed subsequent yoga training for traumatic brain injuries, and has applied this to her practice, primarily assisting individuals experiencing a concussion.

Nicole was very active in various styles of dance through her school-age years, which sparked the onset of her personal yoga journey in university. With this came a passion for movement and a commitment to holistic wellness. Nicole brings this commitment to her Kinesiology practice and offers a client-centered approach, understanding that each individual is a complex combination of mental, physical, and emotional health.

Taegan is a dedicated kinesiologist with a strong passion for helping individuals improve their strength, mobility, and overall quality of life.

Her work is rooted in the belief that movement is essential not only for physical health, but for maintaining independence, confidence, and long-term well-being.

Taegan uses her knowledge about strength training, functional movement, and injury rehabilitation, to focus on both recovery and long-term prevention. With a strong interest in biomechanics, she takes a client-centered, evidence-informed approach to understanding how the body moves, identifying inefficiencies, and addressing the root causes of pain or dysfunction.

Taegan is particularly passionate about supporting older adults in maintaining their independence, mobility, and quality of life.
